The 85UVF1-1QD is a self-checking flame scanner that utilizes ultraviolet (UV) and infrared (IR) technology to detect flames. The UV sensor is sensitive to the flickering light emitted by flames, while the IR sensor is sensitive to the heat generated by flames. The combination of these two technologies provides reliable flame detection in a variety of environments.
